Introduction

It was difficult to select only a few projects that represent my more meaningful work. I have narrowed down my selection to five different projects where I believe I gained the most advancement in my learning during the program. As the program is designed to continue to build to mastery, it was difficult to select earlier work as I have learned so much since that time. I did select early work based on the quality of work that I did and the amount of learning I gained in the process. The following pages represent an outcome of the growth I gained in the curriculum for each course and each is meaningful to my practice as a leader in adult education.
